Just got off the phone with a recruiter from Morgan Stanley. This was such a terrible initial interview experience. (1) It appeared that the recruiter called me from an offshore call centre with a lot of background noises - It felt like I was talking to a call center rep instead of a professional recruiter. (2) The recruiter did not seem to preview my resume and asked information that was obvious on my resume. (3) The recruiter pronounced my most recent employer completely (it's listed on New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange). (4) The recruiter had no idea how contracting roles work in Canada. (4) Based on the questions they asked, I will definitely NOT continue to pursue this opportunity as they have presented themselves very unprofessionally.
