Interview
The interview process starts with an initial HR pre-screening, where the candidate is asked to provide a brief introduction, followed by a discussion on their background and interest in the role. This is followed by a panel interview conducted by two interviewers (Reporting Manager and a Senior Team Member).
Series of behavioral questions to understand how you've handled situations in the past and how your experiences align with the qualities they are looking for in this role
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
It will be around 5 rounds with intense questions based on your skills listed in resume. Be confident and answer them. Make sure you have all the skills listed in resume
