NVIDIA Senior Salesforce Developer interview questions

I was interviewed for Senior Salesforce Developer for Pune location in Nov-Dec 2018. HR briefing followed by two skype technical interviews(One with India team and another with US team). Interviewers were easy to talk with. The process was good and the interview questions were easy-moderate level. The only part I did not like about the interview is the Salary discussion on the first technical interview and with people who could be my colleagues of the same and junior level if I get into the company. I am not sure if this the culture followed in NVIDIA where everyone is aware of each other's salary because when I raised this inquiry with the HR, I did not receive any response on it. But I think it would have been more suitable to have this discussion with the HR or the hiring manager at the initial or at the final stage.
