I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oracle (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
This was a transition to a new product group. I already knew the team but the position required for the candidate to be reviewed even if it was an internal or external resource. Only interviewed with the senior hardware architect, the other two declined and approved me as I already knew them internally and they knew my work experience.
