Interview
Interviewed by three individuals virtually. Technical questions were asked in each interview. The process took about a week. Overall, the interviews were about 30-45 minutes each. Each interviewer was respectful, and the interview was average overall.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oracle in Nov 2025
Interview
My recruitment process with Oracle lasted over six months and involved six interviews, five of them highly technical. Several of these interviews lasted more than 1.5 hours, requiring significant preparation and time investment.
I successfully advanced through all the technical interview stages and received a verbal offer, where the role, responsibilities, and expected compensation were explained, contingent only on passing the background check.
Unfortunately, at the very end of the process, I was rejected during the background check due to a medical condition that I had not previously disclosed. This outcome was particularly disappointing given that the issue was unrelated to my technical qualifications or performance throughout the interviews.
Overall, the experience felt unfair and inefficient, considering the extensive time commitment required and the expectations set after completing all technical evaluations successfully. After investing months of effort and reaching what appeared to be the final stage, the rejection resulted in a significant loss of time and opportunity.
