There was an on-campus interview which I was invited to because I applied to their job posting via my University's career services. The format of the interview was informal as there were no real question to test my abilities but just a discussion about my resume, a description about the job, and time for any questions that I had about the company and the position. Overall that interview only took about 30 min or so. Then, a few days later I was invited to the Technology Super Day which consisted of a networking night and the next day there were 2 behavioral interview lasting about 25 min. each. These were more standard format behavioral interview where they asked a series of about 4-5 questions and some time for my question about the company. I would say that the questions were basic behavioral questions and nothing special. I got the verbal offer only 1 business day after the Super Day and the written offer the day after that. The most surprising thing about PNC's process was that there was no technical questions which was nice since those are what cause the most stress. Overall it was a fast and simple process that wasn't to difficult.
