I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapore) in Apr 2015
Interview
The whole process requires you to do an online application, 1 online reasoning test, 1 online personality test, 1 reasoning test in person, and 2 interviews. I will describe the behavioural process in detail. The interview takes about 1 hour. They ask situational questions, with a heavier focus on your leadership experiences. They expect you to tell them about the situation, problem, and the results. Try to tell them tangible / quantitative results that you achieved. Come prepared with various incidents from your life, preferably from a different range, i.e. school projects, extra curricular, and past jobs.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to make a difficult decision as a leader of a project? What is your greatest accomplishment? Tell me about a time where you had to do something differently from your past methods in a project/task.
Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job. I think the recruitment process was fair and timely. Good conversations with the folk in the team and good experience overall

I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Manila, Manila)
Interview
Went through the online assessment and it was challenging, especially if you don't know what to expect. They look at your skills and capabilities - like a college entrance test.
- Very aggressive, question after question.
- No general interview questions
- All questions were coming up with actual examples from your experience & what would you do in this type of situation questions
