Mi sono candidata tramite l’università e sono stata contattata direttamente dal caporeparto con cui ho fatto il primo colloquio. Intervistatore molto carino e puntuale. Mi ha messa a mio agio. Durata del colloquio circa un’ora considerando la presentazione iniziale dell’intervistatore e dell’azienda.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
