Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Intern Interview

      27 Mar 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PwC

      Interview

The process consists of numerical and reasoning tests and HireVue recording and writing test (English understanding in my case). The first one is at the okay level, though if you don't get the software easily your way of thinking may come across as 'testing' which is apparently bad to them for some reason. The HireVue however is the worst HireVue experience I've ever had - it consists of oral and written responses. Even though they claim you have time to prepare and you can rerecord yourself, you actually can't and the preparation time is sometimes so short that I was unable to read and think about my answer prior. The writing is also poorly made because of the misleading text.
