3 stage interview: 1. Face to face with management- Usual CV review and some competency 2. Face to face with management and Partner- As above 3. Alternative Partner The first stage the interviewers were 35 minutes late Second stage the interviewers were 25 minutes late Poor communication throughout the process and exceptionally slow and clunky process. No feedback. Took offer from EY.
