General interviews. Englsih, Basic skills regarding to accounting and micro macro economics.
Partners come to the interview field so they want to check how much these interviewees fit in to the firm's values. And there are preferences to University backgrounds. If you graduated major universities, you will have higher chances. Younger the better.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
