Applied online and was invited to do an online assessment. The process took around one month. One should prepare well for the online assessments. The next step is the in person assessment.
Applied through official career site, Received invitation to Online Assessment within a day, After finishing the OA, got an email mentioning I passed the online assessment and then received a rejection letter after 3 weeks without any update in between.
Completed a rather long cognitive test where I was asked a series of problem solving questions, followed by a series of questions where I had to choose which of the 3 options sounded most like me. Then there was a 1 way interview where they asked 2 questions.

L’intervistatore è stato disponibile e il clima del colloquio è stato professionale ma tranquillo
