video interview it is not very hard but the time is limited. so you need to parepare a piece of paper before you start. and the most important thing is to mention the data .Practice, especially if you have never answered video questions before. Try recording yourself answering some questions. If you feel nervous, invite someone who knows you well to give feedback and suggestions on how to sound more natural. You will also have an opportunity to try out some practice questions in the system. However, these are not the real questions, and your answers to these questions will not be seen by us.
Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.
The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
