Applied online, got an invitation to interview in my spam email (didn't see it) finally got in contact with them, was invited in to interview the next day.
Interview was about 45 minutes long, asked about my CV and about 7 competency based questions
Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.
The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
