Informal 1st interview . It was much more formal in 2nd one, with partner in the room. It took a long time to get feedback at each stage. The offer and commmunication was painfully slow.

In person interview with multiple directors and partners. The interview is mostly behavioral with few tax technical questions but mostly to understand your background rather than test your tax knowledge.
