Did not expect such unprofessional behavior from a company like PwC. It first started with the Recruiter reaching out and telling me that she would be able to wind up the entire process in just a month since I was actively looking in the market and had a job offer. It then took them 4 months to finish the interview process and the recruiter meanwhile changed too. The interviews were average but not sure if they refer to notes from each other because questions were repeated and it was 3 directors and 1 partner who interviewed in 4 different rounds. All these people were good to talk to. Then the new recruiter directly throws an offer without having any verbal communication. I enquire her about different policies and other stuff which she was impatient to explain and told she had 20 other candidates waiting if I am not interested, which was very rude. I asked her to connect me to someone who interviewed me or with someone having decision making in hands. She never came back and when I followed up she said your offer is rescinded and never gave a reason. I have been interviewed and have taken interviews too but there's a mutual respect and decorum that needs to be maintained. Highly disappointing. Please make sure you talk to the right recruiter and apply for the right team.
