      Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PwC (Manila, Manila) in Mar 2023

      Interview

The interview process started with a short phone screening from HR. It lasted about 20 minutes and focused mostly on my background, why I was interested in the role, and salary expectations. The recruiter also gave a brief overview of the company culture and what the next steps would look like. A few days later, I was invited to a virtual technical interview with two team members. This round was more in-depth and lasted about an hour. They asked situational questions about past projects, how I handled challenges, and walked through a small case study related to the role. It felt conversational but structured. After that, I completed a short take-home assignment. I had three days to submit it. The task was practical and closely resembled real work I would be doing on the job. The final round was an on-site (or video) panel interview. I met with the hiring manager, a cross-functional partner, and a senior leader. This stage focused on culture fit, problem-solving approach, and long-term career goals. There was also time for me to ask questions. A week later, HR followed up with feedback and an offer. The entire process took about three weeks from first contact to final decision.
