Big waste of time. They ask for 5 hour and a half time periods that I could interview. I rearranged my schedule to be as available as possible. Then they would try to schedule during a time that I had not marked as available. After some back and forth and more schedule re-arranging they ghosted me and eventually told me I was no longer being considered.
Two rounds of interview technically: first telephone interview of basic questions, then face to face to have more details. Before the second interview, one article was sent for pre-prepare. So the questions were mainly around the article.
The process was straight forward. I was selected on the basis of profile. On the call they asked basics. The interviewer was the lead of the project I was hired for. Overall the process was very nice for entry level.
