Be prepared to face extremely talented individuals who will be willing to walk over you in order to be hired. Not my kind of style.

Scenario based: create a presentation with a group of 3 other people you don't know, brainstorm and present SAP offerings to potential clients.

Very quick, just need days between stages, but they have multiple stages, spanning for 5 to 6 months.

Interview
First round is super basic interview screen, general questions, great recruiter.
Second is a 1:1 with a former graduate who currently is a MM/ENT AE, where they ask a lot about you and who you are more so than your sales process / experience.
Third is the all day affair. Case study on Zoom, a few 1:1's. Offer came via call from recruiter about 10 days after that.

Efficient and concise. Recruiter ask various scenarios questions to understand candidate's answers and reasoning. Apart from that, recruiter also went thoroughly with all the important key points of job description ad answer any questions.
