horrible. had a guy who asked dumb questions and then didnt know the answer himself. these guys were very bad, unprepared and then rude. i cant really say anything positive about SAP NS@ there hiring process was bad, benefits are below average and then there internal network hardly ever works. then there is the rude behaviour.
HR interview, technical interview and final interview with HR before they offer contract. Then contract negotiations between HR and I. Overall very lengthy process. learned a lot about the company during the process.

Interview
Technical interview round followed by interview with manager. Once you clear technical round, manager asks you more about your overall experience. As the opening was for senior role, I was asked about my experience, what all projects/technologies/customers I have worked, how I had dealt with various situations, etc.
