There were Multiple interviews -- all over the phone. The first was with the Recruiter. The second was with the Manager. The third was with a peer. The fourth was with the Manager's Manager. I found that I had to keep the process moving along. If I hadn't heard back from the recruiter about the next interview, I would send an email and ask about the next steps and would almost immediately get a new interview invitation.
