I was interviewing and in touch with SAP for 6 months about the above role, in which I completed a handful of 1:1 interviews and a panel presentation. After all that time, the company ghosted me and never responded to my email a month after the presentation requesting an update. I’m appalled and would never work for them after seeing how messy and unprofessional this interviewing process was.

Questions relevant to my experience in customer success, there was a big emphasis on making sure I was comfortable teaching myself the ropes. I’ve spent my whole career in startups, so I am, but this concern speaks to the fact that they don’t have it together internally.
