      1. ✉️ Application e primo contatto Candidatura inviata tramite il portale ufficiale Salesforce. Dopo pochi giorni, contatto da parte del Talent Acquisition Partner per una prima breve interview conoscitiva. Se valutata positivamente, si procede con gli step successivi. 2. 📞 Check-in Call con il Recruiter (di gruppo) Prima del primo round, viene organizzata una call di gruppo con altri candidati BDR (sia italiani che internazionali). L’HR spiega il processo di selezione, tempistiche e suggerimenti su come prepararsi. Non c’è competizione tra i candidati: al contrario, è un'ottima occasione per fare networking e aiutarsi a vicenda. Consiglio: salvare i nomi dei partecipanti e tenersi in contatto per supportarsi nei vari step. 3. 🧑‍💼 Primo Round – Intervista con due manager BDR Durata: circa 45 minuti su Google Meet. Incontro con due manager del team BDR Italia. Domande in stile comportamentale (STAR method) e approfondimenti sul profilo. Discussione delle motivazioni al trasferimento a Dublino e del percorso professionale. Simulazione di cold call live verso un CEO (role play). Feedback ricevuto e invito al secondo round in pochi giorni. 3.1. 📞 Seconda HR Call – Preparazione Final Interview (individuale) Call 1:1 con l’HR per preparare l’intervista finale. Condivisione dei feedback del primo round. Revisione della presentazione da portare al secondo round (mock call + business case). Chiarimento su obiettivi, durata e format del round finale. 4. 🧠 Secondo Round – Presentazione e competenze funzionali Durata totale: 90 minuti. Parte 1: Mock Call Review (30') Review di una simulazione cold call preparata su un prospect reale (es. Loacker). Discussione su punti di forza, pain points, soluzioni Salesforce proposte. Parte 2: Functional Competencies (30') Domande su organizzazione, time management, motivazione, resilienza, priorità, ambizione. Aspettative sul ruolo e piano di crescita. Parte 3: Peer Connect (30') Conversazione informale con un BDR Senior per comprendere ambiente, team, onboarding. Spazio per domande libere. 5. 📩 Offer Call & Documentazione Relocation Chiamata finale per comunicare l’esito positivo. Invio documentazione dettagliata per il trasferimento e l'onboarding a Dublino (benefit, supporto relocation, mobility program, etc).

      Processus de recrutement très impersonnel et excessivement formaté. On a clairement l’impression qu’il faut apprendre à répondre “comme il faut” plutôt que d’être soi-même. Les échanges ressemblent plus à un exercice scolaire qu’à une vraie discussion. Certaines questions donnent même le sentiment d’être piégeuses, ce qui rend l’expérience assez inconfortable et peu représentative d’un environnement de travail sain. Très décevant sur l’aspect humain.
