Rencontre du manager et des RH pour un entretien classique en me faisant me déplacer sur site. Les discussions se sont passées dans un environnement détendu (en province) et je n’ai pas eu l'impression que mes interlocuteurs cherchaient à me piéger. Après avoir rencontré les RH et mon manager, j'ai été contacte 2 semaines plus tard, la RH m'a appelé et faite une offre que j'ai tout de suite acceptée. J’ai également passé des entretiens pour un autre poste en contrôle de gestion pour Schneider Electric (en région parisienne) et cela n’a pas posé de problème que je puisse avoir ces deux processus recrutements en compétition.

It was fantastic and went on smoothly. There was flexibility and feedback was receive at when due. The interviewers were also polite and respectful in their approach. They also give rooms for interviews to be rescheduled

It was a video interview when you would be provided a questions and then have the ability to record a response. The interview itself was fine, but I didn't hear back from the company for months (like 6), even after following up.
