Technical: 1 round. 2 interviewers.
HR: 2 rounds. 1 interviewer each.
HR was a little difficult otherwise the interviewers were nice and put me at ease(I stress out easy).
All in a day.

Question 1
Tech:They asked all about projects. Asked for subject I'm confident in. I said transmission and distribution so they asked about working of transmission lines.
HR: why I want to work with Schneider, what my strengths and weaknesses are.
There is a digital interview that includes 6 questions. The first 4 questions are some basic questions. 2 questions in English, 1 in Cantonese, and 1 in Mandarin. The last 2 questions are your expected graduate date and expected salary.

Basic questions about your background, under grad project. Skill set, certifications etc. then
Calls from HR to confirm your location and stuff. Then offer letter. The program is more like an internship for a year before the main offer letter comes in

Fairly straight forward strength based and behavioral questions. Most youtube videos will provide the necessary training to pass them. Make sure you read up on the company's core values and mission statement
