Sent off an online application, took a while to hear back. Had a phone interview and invited to the assessment day which lasted around 3 1/2 hours and involved a group task, presentation and interview

First a HR interview (it was an online zoom meeting) An Assessment full day ( individual presentation on your project, group presentation on a specific topic and individual interviews with managers of different departments)
