The Interviews were fairly simple. The technical manager had a telephonic interview wherein he asked about my skills and experiences. Basically, he went over my resume and cross checked, if i actually knew what i had written. This was followed up with a 1:1 interview with the same technical manager about 30 days after the telephonic discussion. The 1:1 interview was more to give me an overview of the job responsibilities and gauge whether I was truly interested. The HR round was the shortest, where the HR manager asked about my current and expected compensation and the joining timeframe. This was followed up with an offer letter by courier about 15 days later.
