The interview process was been flexible and convenient. Initial phone screen was with the recruiter. Second interview was with a VP of HR, and had a final interview with the Head VP.

Interview
I applied to a job opening and two day after I was called. The recruiter started to interview me out of the blue, while I was working and without asking if I had a few minutes to answer the questions. The phone interview was very superficial, they basically asked me to repeat everything that was already written in my resume. After that they kept calling me and pressed me to set a meeting for the in-person interview as soon as possible. I asked if it was possible to organize a skype interview as a first step (their location is definitely far away from mine) but they refused.
I organized the trip and went there, had the interview and never heard anything back from them. No feedback, no nothing. I also sent them an email, just to understand if they had rejected me or if they where simply going on with other interviews before letting me know something, but they never replied.
Very unprofessional behavior.
