The process involved a hirevue and interview. It was a pleasant application process. I talked to the senior financial analyst. It took about two months for them to review hirevue. Got an offer but it was withdrawn because under CPT work authorization

Then one more round with the 2 senior leaders. That went quite smoothly because they seemed very kind and made you feel relaxed.

It was just one round with basic interview questions about previous experience, why this role, and asking me about my part-time experience. Why this role? accomplishments in previous jobs. The interviewer was very kind, and they said that there is only one round, and then the offer will be released

There was an online assessment with ~3 questions with ample time to answer. However, there was no feedback from the HR team of my response, which made me wonder if the slots were already filled.
