Interview
A brief phone interview, followed up by an in-person interview with the Regulated Markets manager, and another team. Then met with the head of US operations briefly. The whole thing happened fairly quickly after being recommended by a current employee. Was offered the job and began working withing 3 weeks of on-site interview.

The interview took place on an online site. It records your responses and also prompts the user to type up some information. Overall, it is not too bad of a process and it can be taken anytime and took approximately 40 minutes.
