Interview
Easy going process, simple but lengthy... Expect one or two months at least. They are not rushing the process. Decision making also takes some time. You may have talk to a lot of people. Overall, nothing extraordinary though.
I applied online. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out and asked that I apply on the company site and asked for availability. Had the interview with the hiring manager the next week. It was a pretty informal process and she was pretty down to earth and it was more of a conversation. After the interview with the hiring manager, I was asked if I would speak with an attorney from the team that just started last year and the set me up for the following day. After the two interviews, I reached out to both multiple times for the status -but they never reach back out to me. Very unprofessional!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What side of the contracts management have you previously worked on? Procurement? Do you want to practice law? How are you with the sales team? Negotiating skills? How are you under pressure? What type of work environment do you thrive in? Why are you leaving your current job?
Informal open-ended sharing of background + how organization worked. Questions were more dynamic in response to information shared. Interesting as no typical set questions were asked. Perhaps only applied to the team + was a great day to learn more about the company
