I applied on 9/30/2024, offer around 11/18/2024. The process took roughly a month and two weeks. There was a HireVue virtual interview, then you'd have to wait for both the recruiter and hiring manager to review your interview and resume. This part took the longest, roughly a month. After passing those checks, a technical interview was scheduled a week later. It consisted of questions about your personal experiences, whether or not you knew certain technologies, and explaining your knowledge of some programming topics. Then, towards the end, you had to complete two functions of code. No, I did not do these perfectly and I had issues with indexing and syntax, however, the hiring manager did a great job of leading you in the right direction. Overall, a fantastic interview and I am grateful for my opportunity with Schneider. Good luck everyone!
