The initial interview was by people from HR. Then a pool of college students were selected to attend the interview process in Nashville, TN. We had individual interview and a tour of the facility The individual interview was with people from the department you were interviewing with. It was overall a great experience and seemed like a great place to work.

The interview was really cool. It lasted about 1 hour and contained mainly technical questions. There were no more recruitment stages, just this interview. After a few days I got an offer but I couldn't negotiate.
