The process consisted of a phone screen, technical competency, case study, a couple peer interviews, and a Managing Director interview. In all I interviewed with close to 10 people, but the process went very fast. I was constantly updated with the status of decision points and given time frames to expect follow-ups. All of the interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable in their areas. The questions were all straight and focused around getting to understand me and what skills I would bring to the team. They genuinely want to hear what your professional interests are and they look at the whole picture about what you bring to Slalom. Culture is a big part of the interviews and they want to make sure that you are a good cultural fit. Every interviewer sold the Slalom culture and I was looking for the catch throughout the whole interview process. Now working at Slalom, I haven’t been able to find a catch and can say this is the best place I have ever worked.
