I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
I first was contacted via email by a recruiter and scheduled a time, then that same week I was asked to interview with hiring manager. The recruiter interview was more about fit, why you want to work for Southwest, and some situational. The manager interview was tailored to the position and I'd thought I'd done well as I have airline experience. About a week later I got the sorry email. I asked recruiter for feedback and the recruiter went silent on me, which kind of stinks. I'd like to know what I did wrong so maybe if I apply for a different position and get another interview I could do better.
