I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stryker (Denver, CO) in May 2025
Interview
Smooth and straightforward process. Recruiters were great. Overall process start to finish was 4 weeks. I was kept informed on the process and next steps. I felt the overall process was very thorough, but not overly complicated.

Questions centered around leadership style and conflict management

Interview
There was an initial phone screen with HR then very quickly a second phone screen with the hiring manager. This was followed by a phone interview with Gallup which lasted 1.5-2 hours to determine strengths/competencies. Gallup had very flexible hours and was able to schedule my interview very quickly. Finally, there a full day interview on-site. Separate meetings with the leader of each functional area and WebEx interviews with a few off-site leaders. The day included a tour and lunch at a local restaurant. The process and on-site visit was very organized and each interviewer was well prepared and engaged.

Question 1
Rapid fire questions from Gallup interviewer. They will repeat the question, but not add any context. On some answers they would ask you to elaborate, others they wouldn't.
Should all employees be treated equally?
