Interview
The interview process is very intense. In my experience, I did not receive much positive feedback throughout the process. I made it to the last stage of the process and did not get the job. The Gallup is a fast paced test that asks you a series of questions that you must answer with quick and concise answers. The case study was an intense setting in my experience, it is a way to get you to sweat and feel pressured to simulate real world experiences in the sales world.

Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
