I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Stryker in Jan 2017
Interview
Interview consisted of a brief phone conversation with the recruiter followed by a 30 min phone interview with the hiring manager. I followed up twice with the recruiter and still haven't heard back. Though that was highly unprofessional, if you've moved on to other candidates the least you could do is send me an email back letting me know. I will not be applying to any other positions with this company based on the experience I had.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Apr 2025
Interview
Screening with the recruiter went well, but when it came time to meeting with the hiring manager the experience not as good. Didn't feel as if the hiring manager was really interested in learning about me as a candidate, but instead felt like they were just going through the motions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Kalamazoo, MI) in Mar 2025
Interview
Lots of steps and very thorough. Lots of focus on past experiences how you would fit on their team. First interview was very chill and more of a talk to see how you would fit
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Amsterdam) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process takes some time as I went through 4 stages. However, the organization and the response time was very quick. I did a phone interview, then an interview with the hiring mangers. The next stage was a Gallup online assessment and finally, a more in deep interview with some technical elements with stakeholders from other departments that I will cooperate. The questions were many, yet they get a very good image of who you are as a person, your working style and what your values are. They focus a lot on investment on people so they also value your potential of development and growth.
