      Education Associate Interview

      11 Sept 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stryker

      Interview

I was referred and connected by another recruiter to set up a phone interview. Setting up the interview using email, the recruiter not only had misspelled words but multiple grammar errors. After a month of constant emailing, I was told to call him when I had a moment. When I called, I was notified they were going in another direction. Overall the process was very informal and frustrating. To me, the recruiter portrayed Stryker in a very poor image. I am not bad mouthing the company in anyway, I just feel as though the recruiter could have been a lot more professional and the process more formal.

      Question 1

All very basic, why Stryker? What makes you qualified for the job? Etc.
