Phone interview Questions:
- Is it important for you to be liked
- What do you do in your spare time
- Do you stick with the plan or go with the flow
- What is your future plan
- Do people think you are hard working
- Would you rather be a team member or team leader
- Why do you want to work for Stryker
- Are you busy all of the time
You have to know exactly how you feel and think and be able to crisply communicate it, otherwise they will not send you on to the 1 hour Gallup call if you cannot handle the 15 minute one.
3 Rounds: OA, Gallup Interview, Final Round. OA was a 30 minute call with a recruiter. Gallup interview was a series of rapid fire questions held by a third party company. Final round was your standard super day.
