Interview
The interview was only scheduled to last 20 minutes which is short at that, but the interviewer took me back 12 minutes late and cut the interview to about 10 minutes. It was rushed and I didn't have much time to say much. They also give a Gallup exam in the interview process, which is supposed to be brutal (skills test over the phone with another person).
The people are great, but instead of receiving a clear "no," I was led on and ultimately ghosted. I was told they'd reach out eventually, but never heard back. It was frustrating and I hate being ghosted like that.
