Very good, organized with 6-7 elimination round. Well shaped to screen out who is not good. Tough questions. Strong emphasis on Gallup while hiring. In 2010, they used to look for best and now, they hire any To*, dic* and harry (India).

It is nice and the interview was also nice . They asked conceptual questions .It was logical and structural too. They also asked how we got to know about the stryker and all important questions

Interviewer was late, crabby and tried to talk me out of the job. When I rebutted she then told me she didn't even read the description and proceeded to. I dropped off the call.

Why do you want this job when most of your experience is in something else.
HR and line manager interviews went well, but there will be a personality test, which is crazy. About 45mins, I am boombed with tons of questions, there is no OK or not OK answer, the interviewer wont explain you the questions as well, which is very annoying.
