I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker in Jan 2020
Interview
Super long. It happened just before Covid hit. I ended up having 10 different interviews from beginning to end. Met with recruiter, my manager, 2 managers of other regions. Did ride along with current tech. Met with manager again. Went to Kalamazoo for panel interview with 3 different individuals. Met with manager again. Got the job offer.
Thank you for your interest in Stryker and for taking the time to provide us with feedback!

Interview
5 rounds, with a Gallup as well. If you’re committed to getting the job, stick it out, do your best and you’ll nail it. Stryker is an amazing place to work. I seriously have nothing bad to say about this company.

The interview process for Stryker is lengthy and designed to weed out people who are only partially interested. There is at least 5-6 rounds of interviews prior to an offer letter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time where you had to overcome adversity. What steps did you take and what was the impact of those steps?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Sept 2021
Interview
The process took a little over a month beginning with a phone call with the recruiter followed by two zoom interviews with regional managers. All were very friendly and the interviews were mostly conversational. After the interviews I completed the Gallup assessment which was relatively simple albeit stressful since you're given no feedback. The stand out was a half day "ride-along" to shadow a Field Service Rep and get a better idea of what the day-to-day and company culture are like. This is what really sold the job and Stryker as a company for me.
