Extensive but fair. The process consisted of a number of initial phone interviews, then multiple in person interviews. Then you must pass their personality test, then followed up by a final interview.

Very long and grueling process that can take months on end just for you to get a yes or a no whereas a lot of other med device companies have it simpler and way less turnover.
Lengthy process but worth jt. Prepare for Gallup interview as it is very long and can be difficult. Pass or fail. I know people that have failed and passed. Be ready and be quick with your answers.
