Stress interview. The hiring manager gave me very little information and said to meet at a hotel in downtown Philly. When I got there and asked the reception desk where my interview was, she mentioned that I was not on the schedule. Called and texted hiring manager, no responses. Two Stryker guys were sitting in the cafe watching me walk past them. Finally stopped me and started interview. They used intimidation throughout the entire interview. Asked me "if you had the chance to have dinner with any 3 people that have ever lived on this earth who would it be?". I answered my late grandfathers and uncle who all passed because I would like to have more time with them. Hiring manger asked me why I didnt choose my dad?! Most absurd interview I have ever been apart of. True reflection of the culture.
