Process started with phone screens, first a recruiter, then the hiring manager. Next was the Gallup call; a 60m third party assessment of strengths and talents. Finally I was brought onsite for a series of 30m sessions with an interview team.

Before interview genuinely ask if they are looking for hiring or not. After 3 round they ghosted and didn't picked up the call and even didn't replied to mail. Even interview went really well.

There are multiple rounds, including technical round, managerial round, HR round, and Gallup round for behaviour assessment. It takes upto 2 weeks to one month to get the final decision after you have completed all rounds
