Interview
The interview process started with an initial screening call to determine my qualifications and experience for the position. If you pass the initial screening, you will be invited for an in-person or virtual interview. The interview started with an introduction to the company I was applying for. The interviewer ask a series of questions that were designed to assess my fit for the company culture and the position I was applying for.

Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
