Interview process took 6 weeks and was a four phase process. Only talked with one person I would be working with directly during the entire process. It was difficult to assess company culture.

Before interview genuinely ask if they are looking for hiring or not. After 3 round they ghosted and didn't picked up the call and even didn't replied to mail. Even interview went really well.

There are multiple rounds, including technical round, managerial round, HR round, and Gallup round for behaviour assessment. It takes upto 2 weeks to one month to get the final decision after you have completed all rounds
