Interview
The interview phase was very professional. A series of 6 or 7 well-planned interviews, with different colleagues from the company and one of them with an independent profile analysis company. It gives a great feeling of seriousness.

In general they do not ask very closed questions, most interviews are about your professional experience, and things you have done or achieved in the past and explain those experiences in detail.
