Application, Personality/phone screening, virtual meeting with manager, in person interview and/or ride alongs. Phone screening seemed kind of a frivolous way to evaluate people as most of the questions were personality based. Very little about experience, capability, motivation, etc

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stryker (Kansas City, MO) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very long and brutal. 9 Interviews with a couple of presentations on very vague topics with no directions. Things were going great and they ended up basing their decision on one presentation and experience that wasn't related to the field at all.
